Parent Resources & Getting Involved
According to the National Center on Safe, Supportive Learning Environments, family-school-community partnerships are a shared responsibility and reciprocal process whereby schools and other community agencies and organizations engage families in meaningful and culturally appropriate ways, and families take initiative to actively support their children’s development and learning. Schools and community organizations also make efforts to listen to parents, support them, and ensure that they have the tools to be active partners in their children’s school experience.
Cole County R-V School District welcomes this partnership as we work hard to provide the best education to our students, and prepare them for a life beyond primary and secondary school.
We support the parent led organizations listed on the left side of this page, so please contact them to lend your time and talent in supporting our students and district.
